Congratulations!

Pennsylvania Housing Assessment System (PHAS) scores are given annually to both the Tioga and Bradford County Housing Authorities.  Once again, both counties earned a “High Performer” status.
Both Tioga and Bradford County’s total score was 97 percent. PHAS scores are generated for each AMP.  Amp scores are weighted by how many units are in the AMP and then combined into the agency-wide score.  The total score is used to determine the PHA’s designation under PHAS.  Scores below 60 result in a troubled designation.
Although it has become commonplace for our Authority to receive these sorts of scores, Executive Director, Kelley Cevette noted it is anything but common nowadays. “As I said last year, these scores are not easy to come by.  So many agencies in the state do a great job but still do not receive scores this high.”
