The Housing Authority Is Still Accepting Applications for Rental Rehab Program

The Rental Rehab Program provides landlords in Bradford & Tioga County an opportunity to improve the condition their rental properties by investing up to $18,000 in rehabilitation work which would bring their units up to Housing Quality Standards. Only single-family dwellings are eligible for this program. 

In exchange for this investment in their property; landlords must agree to rent their single-family dwelling to a county resident that meets the income limit category of 50% of the median income in Tioga or Bradford County for seven (7) years.
