Children Enjoy Housing Authority Christmas Festivities

December 15, 2016, children residing in public housing in Elkland, Lawrenceville, Nelson and Westfield were treated to a Christmas party provided by the Tioga County Housing Authority.

“We are so happy we can continue to provide such a nice event,” said Executive Director, Kelley Cevette. “As always, the turnout is very high and the kids are having a great time.”  

For the fifth consecutive year, TBHRA staff and volunteers hosted a holiday event for children from Wapiti, Hillview, Lawrenceville and Nelson apartment complexes. The event, again, took place in the community room at Forestview Manor in Elkland, PA. Children were treated to crafts, giveaways, and photographs with Santa who made certain each left with a wrapped gift.
