Identity theft is a major issue in today’s society, especially among the senior citizen population. Seniors are increasingly targeted by scammers, enticing seniors with prizes, such as sweepstakes winnings, or posing as bank personnell and offering help in exchange for personal information. Idendity theft is a serious problem, but through this video series, the housing authority hopes to inform and prepare its residents for future scams. The remaining Fraud Prevention presentations are scheduled as follows:

Thursday, April 3rd – Riverside Manor – 9:30-10:30am
