Park Hill Residents attend a Nutrition Presentation

The tenants at Park Hill Manor were invited to attend a nutrition program on Wednesday, June 17th presented  by the Tioga/Bradford Housing Authority’s Resident Service Coordinators and Amerihealth Northeast. Residents learned about Diabetic and Heart-Healthy Diets, ways to shop for healthy foods on a budget, watched a cooking presentation, and even received a FREE 83-piece Gibson Home Essentials Cooking Set!
